Pistachio Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter (1 c.)
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. Cool Whip
    2 (1 oz. each) pkg. pistachio pudding
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
Preparation
    Barely melt butter.
    Add flour and nuts.
    Pat into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool completely. Mix cream cheese with sugar and Cool Whip.
    Put on cake when cooled.
    Mix pudding with milk and extract.
    Blend until thick. Pour over second layer.
    Top with Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
