Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. Crisco butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    approximately 7 Tbsp. water (ice)
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix together Crisco and flour until coarse crumbs.
    Mix egg, water and vinegar together, then mix into flour mixture. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
    Divide in half.
    Makes two 9-inch double crust pies or three 8-inch double crust pies.
