Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. cooked chicken
3 c. diced celery
2 tsp. chopped onion
3 c. cooked rice
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
3 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. cornflakes
1 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Mix cooked chicken, celery, onion, cooked rice, Hellmann's mayonnaise and cream of chicken soup.
Pour into large baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until mixture bubbles up.
Remove from oven; sprinkle cornflakes over top, then almonds. Bake for another 15 minutes or until it begins to brown.
This serves 18 people.
