Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmons
    2 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk with 2 Tbsp. flour added into milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix well. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0, about an hour.
