Curried Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 pork chops
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 apples, peeled and cut in small pieces
    4 to 5 servings cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown chops on skillet, then arrange in single layer in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Saute onion in oil.
    Add flour, sugar, curry powder and cinnamon.
    Cook and stir until bubbly.
    In a bowl, stir consomme, ketchup and water together and place over chops.
    Add apples; bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
