Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    8 medium potatoes, pared and shredded
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.
    Add onions, potatoes and butter.
    Bake in a 9-inch square baking dish (top with paprika) for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and top is brown and crisp.
    Serves 6 to 8.
