Pork With Raisin-Onion Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork tenderloin
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. Port wine
    1 clove garlic
    pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Rub all sides of pork with garlic and sprinkle with pepper.
    Roast until pork is cooked (approximately 20 minutes).
    While meat is cooking, prepare sauce.
