Hungarian Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium onions, diced
    1 small head of cabbage, shredded
    2 large cans sauerkraut, drained and washed
    1 lb. bacon, cut in 1-inch chunks, fry (not crisp)
    1 lb. spiral noodles
    2 medium-size cans mushrooms
Preparation
    Remove bacon.
    Into grease, put onions and saute until transparent.
    Cook noodles not quite tender; drain.
    Add mushrooms; drain.
    Cook cabbage and sauerkraut in a little water. Mix all ingredients together carefully.
    Bake 1 hour in uncovered casserole dish at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Can be frozen.
