Beef And Rice Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. firmly diced onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    1 c. water
    1 medium tomato, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 c. dry Minute rice
    1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in oil, leaving bite-size chunks.
    Push meat to side of pan.
    Add spinach, water, tomato, salt and oregano.
    Break up spinach and bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice, remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
    Makes 4 servings.
