Crunchy Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. slivered almonds
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    few shakes Tabasco
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (5 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Toss all ingredients together, except cheese.
    Place into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
    Serves 4 to 6.
    Can be served over patty shells.
