Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. cold water
    2 beaten eggs
    6 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over shortening, sugar and salt. Soak yeast in cold water for 5 minutes. Add to shortening-sugar mixture. Add eggs and stir. Gradually stir in flour and stir until smooth and elastic.
    Let rise in a warm place until double in bulk. Refrigerate. Can be used after 4 hours from mixing time.
