Skillet Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 large tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. oleo or butter
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes in butter in skillet, cut side down, for about 5 minutes.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over tomatoes. Sinmer 5 minutes.
    Serve hot.
