Corned Beef Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can corned beef, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter in heavy skillet.
    Add onion, brown lightly.
    Stir in flour gradually; blend smooth.
    Add stewed tomatoes slowly. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
    Stir in corned beef.
    Set aside to cool slightly while making pastry for pie.
    Make regular pie crust (2).
    Put filling in pie crust, cover with second crust and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
