Carrot Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1 egg
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Bake in 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for one hour or until baked through; drain fat from pan.
    Let stand 10 minutes, turn onto hot platter and slice.
    Serves 6.
