Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Use electric mixer and beat until light and fluffy.
Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 until knife stuck in the middle comes out clean.
