Little Ham Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground fully cooked ham
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve syrup)
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix ham, pork, 1/2 cup of reserved pineapple syrup, bread crumbs, eggs, onion and parsley.
    Divide mixture into 6 parts; shape into loaves. Place in ungreased rectangular dish, 13 x 9 x 2-inches. Top each with 3 pineapple chunks, pressing lightly into loaves.
