Mussels In Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    2 small onions, diced
    2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
    2 lb. mussels, cleaned
    1/4 c. fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 dry white wine
Preparation
    In large saucepot, combine oil, garlic and onions.
    Saute until onions are transparent.
    Add tomatoes and simmer about 45 minutes.
    Add mussels, parsley, red pepper and wine.
    Simmer until all mussels are open (about 40 minutes).
    Serve over linguini.
