Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. pork spareribs
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    paprika
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. white wine
    juice of 1 lemon
    pinch of sugar
    barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Cut ribs into serving pieces and rub with salt, pepper and some paprika.
    Place in a bowl and add garlic, white wine, lemon juice and a little sugar.
    Toss well and marinate in the refrigerator several hours or overnight.
