Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head broccoli (raw)
1 lb. bacon
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
Preparation

Wash and cut broccoli in small pieces.
Fry bacon crisp; crumble over broccoli.
Shred cheese.
Mix with broccoli and bacon.
Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
Pour over broccoli, bacon and cheese and mix thoroughly.
Serve chilled.
