Corn Flake Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. shredded coconut
2 c. corn flakes
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips (for variety, optional)

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar.
Continue beating.
Gently fold in remaining ingredients.
Barely mix together.
Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Makes 30 small kisses.
