Oven Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs (3 slices)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix lightly, but thoroughly.
    Shape into 4 dozen small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
    Place in 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch baking pan.
    Brown in moderate oven (375\u00b0) for 25 to 30 minutes.
