Kosher Dill Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

dill heat
dill stalk
1 hot pepper
1 garlic bud
pinch of alum
cucumbers
2 qts. water
1 cup salt
1 qt. vinegar
Preparation

Put 1 dill heat and a piece of dill stalk or if you don't have garden dill use about 2 Tbsp. dill seed, pepper, garlic bud and alum in your jar.
Wash cucumbers and pack in jars.
