Bacon Topped Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. grated onion
3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
bacon bits or 6 slices crumbled bacon
1/4 c. fresh parsley
1/4 c. chopped almonds
Preparation

Combine cream cheese and sour cream in large mixing bowl; beat until smooth.
Add next 8 ingredients.
Beat until blended.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
Combine bacon, parsley and almonds.
Stir. Roll cheese ball in bacon mixture.
Wrap in wax paper and chill. Serve with crackers.
