Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 sweet green peppers
    12 sweet red peppers
    12 small onions
    boiling water
    3 c. vinegar
    4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Put peppers (discard seeds) and peeled onions through food chopper.
    Add boiling water to cover; let stand 10 minutes. Drain and discard liquid.
    Add remaining ingredients to vegetables.
    Boil slowly 15 minutes.
    Ladle into hot, sterilized jars.
    Seal at once.
    Makes 6 pints.
