Bow Ties With Sausage And Sweet Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. large dried bow tie pasta
    3/4 lb. Italian sausage links
    2 medium red sweet peppers, cut into 3/4-inch strips
    1/2 c. vegetable or beef broth
    1/4 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
    1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to directions; drain.
    Return to saucepan.
    Cut sausage into 1-inch pieces and cook sausage with peppers in skillet until sausage is brown; drain.
    Stir broth and black pepper into skillet.
    Bring to boil; simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Pour over pasta; add parsley.
    Toss.
    Makes 4 servings.
