Pande Elate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans cream-style corn
1 c. Bisquick
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 (7 oz.) can Ortega green chilies, sliced
1/2 lb. Jack cheese, thinly sliced (use generous measurement)
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chilies and cheese.
Mix well. Turn half the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Cover with chilies, then cheese slices. Spread remaining batter over cheese.
May be mixed early in the day and refrigerated at this point. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
