Ingredients

1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard (spicy or Dijon)
2 tsp. honey
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. chopped red or green peppers
1/4 c. chopped red onion
3 c. cooked, sliced potatoes
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and toss in potatoes.
Chill at least 15 minutes. Toss again before serving.
