Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ham, cubed
    6 c. sliced potatoes
    2 c. sliced carrots
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 tsp. minced parsley
    3 Tbsp. flour
    5 slices bacon
Preparation
    Mix ham, potatoes, carrots, onions, parsley and flour in a large greasy oven-proof dish.
    Top with bacon.
    Cover and cook 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Uncover the last 5 minutes so bacon will crisp.
