Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Rice, prepared as directed on package
4 Strips Bacon, fried and cut into small pieces
4 Medium Green Onions, chopped (save some tops for garnish)
1/2 Medium Green Pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
4 Eggs, scrambled
1 can (8 oz.) Chopped Clams or other Seafood
Preparation

Sautee the green onions and green pepper in the bacon fat until transparent.
Add the rice, bacon, 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce, eggs and clams or seafood.
Heat just enough for the flavors to combine.
