Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 sausage patties
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in oil and fry until done.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir with a fork.
    Pour milk and water into mixture. Keep stirring until gravy thickens.
    Spoon over hot biscuits or toast.
