Cheesy Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 can pineapple chunks
12 to 16 oz. pack grated cheese
1 c. sugar
12 Tbsp. flour
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Save 12 tablespoons juice from pineapple. Mix the sugar, flour and pineapple juice. Fold in the pineapple chunks and grated cheese. Pour into melted margarine. Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
