Green Chili Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. green chili, chopped
1 large ripe tomato
1 medium size sirloin steak
4 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 clove chopped garlic
3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
Preparation

Chop
meat in small cubes and fry with bacon drippings. When meat
is
pretty
well
done,
add flour and brown.
Add chopped tomato
and let fry for a few minutes.
Add chili and enough
warm water
to make soft gravy.
Add garlic and salt; let simmer for a few minutes.
