Easy Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean beef, cut in small to medium cubes
    2 medium potatoes, cubed
    3 ribs celery
    about 6 carrots, cubed (I use small ones)
    1/2 c. Minute tapioca
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can green beans including the juice
    1 large onion, cubed
    1 can tomatoes with juice
Preparation
    Layer ingredients in Dutch oven or heavy pot with a lid.
    Cook in oven 6 to 8 hours.
    Do not stir and keep covered on 275\u00b0.
