Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. round steak
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
2 c. beef bouillon
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 green pepper, in strips
1 fresh tomato
Preparation

Cut meat into 1/2 x 3-inch strips.
Brown in oil.
Add garlic, salt and bouillon.
Simmer 1 hour.
Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce.
Stir into pan.
