Quick Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    2 c. warm milk
    2 c. cold water
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve
    yeast
    in
    3/4 cup warm water; set aside.
    In large mixing
    bowl
    combine
    warm
    milk and water.
    Add salt, sugar
    and oil; mix well.
    Add flour, yeast and water mixture; mix
    well. Knead
    it
    with
    your hands.
    Coat your hands with shortening
    to knead
    the
    dough.
    Wet a towel in cold water; wring it
    out good. Cover dough.
    Set in a warm place and let stand for
    1
    hour. Push it down; let it stand for 10 minutes more.
    Make your rolls or loaves.
    Cover and let stand in warm place
    until
    double
    in size.
    Bake in prewarmed oven at 240\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until done.
