No Bake Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) box graham crackers
    1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, undrained
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
    1 c. chopped dates or raisins
Preparation
    Place crackers in 1 gallon freezer bag.
    Use hands or rolling pin to crush into crumbs.
    Drain cherry juice and save. Combine all ingredients but cherry juice and mix in an extra large bowl. Mix with mixer until well blended.
    Add juice slowly, only enough to make ingredients stick together.
    Chill 1 hour.
    Separate into 4 equal parts and roll into logs.
    Wrap each in wax paper to keep fresh.
    Decorate with cherries and pecans.
