Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. raw sliced potatoes (thin)
1 small onion
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. celery salt
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 c. diluted Milnot (1 1/2 c. Milnot and 1 1/2 c. water)
Preparation

Place 1/2 of the potatoes and onions in greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Dot with 1/2 of the butter.
Sprinkle 1/2 of the dry ingredients over potatoes.
Layer remaining potatoes and onions; top with the remaining dry ingredients.
Pour milk over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 45 minutes.
Remove lid and continue to bake until done and brown (about 45 minutes).
For variety, melt some cheese on top.
