Quick Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain excess fat and set aside.
    Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch in blender.
    Stir in meat, cheese, green pepper, onion, salt and pepper.
    Pour into pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
