Fresh Blueberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1 pt. fresh or frozen blueberries
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 tsp. arrowroot or 2 tsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. sugar substitute
Preparation
    Combine the lemon juice, water, gelatin and arrowroot in a saucepan.
    Heat until dissolved, then add the blueberries.
    Cook, stirring, until thickened, then boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat and stir in sweetener.
