Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In separate bowl, mix milk, egg and cooking oil.
Add wet ingredients to dry.
Spray frying pan with Pam and cook pancakes on medium-high heat.
Flip.
