Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
4 Tbsp. red hot sauce (or more to taste)
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Split wings in joints.
Drain tips, if desired.
Pat dry. Deep fry at 400\u00b0 (high) until crisp, 12 minutes.
Remove; drain. Combine the red hot sauce and butter.
Toss wings to cover completely.
