Chop Suey - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 lb. cubed beef, browned
4 Tbsp. molasses
6 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 can Chinese vegetables or 1 c. cut-up celery and 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can bean sprouts
1 can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
- 
                            Cover beef, molasses and
soy sauce with water and stew until tender.
Add
Chinese
vegetables and bean sprouts.
Add mushrooms.\tServe over Chinese noodles or rice.
