Sausage Pimento Pinwheel Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound Bob Evans Original Recipe Roll Sausage
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. flour
    3 cups milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In large skillet over medium heat, crumble and brown sausage. Add green pepper and onion; cook 1 minute.
    Stir in flour until dissolved.
    Gradually stir in milk and salt.
    Cook until thickened and bubbly.
    Pour into ungreased 3 quart casserole.
