Wee Lemon Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, well beaten
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 scant c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
grated rind and juice of 1 orange
2 3/4 c. powdered sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream butter and sugar and mix eggs. Sift together flour and baking powder.
Add flour mixture and milk alternately to butter mixture.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Drop cake batter by teaspoons into greased and floured small muffin tins.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from muffin tins.
