"Keftethes" - Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. oil
    1 medium onion, minced
    1/2 Tbsp. crushed mint
    2 boiled eggs, chopped fine
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 c. dry bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. grated cheese
    a little water
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together except the water.
    To make a fluffy mixture if too stiff, use the water to make it softer and fluffier.
    Let it rest at least 1 hour, then roll into small balls in flour and fry slowly.
