Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. brisket
    2 tsp. meat tenderizer
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 c. liquid smoke
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place brisket on large sheet of heavy-duty foil.
    Sprinkle seasonings on both sides.
    Pour liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over top.
    Wrap securely and let stand 6 to 8 hours in the refrigerator.
    Place foil wrapped meat (do not add liquid) in slow cooker or very low oven.
    Cook 8 to 10 hours. Chill before slicing thin.
