Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, cut thin
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. shortening
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. thick sour cream
1 can tomato soup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation

Cut meat into 3/4-inch cubes and dredge with flour which has been seasoned with salt and pepper.
Brown in hot fat.
Wheat meat is browned, add onions, mushrooms and garlic.
