Pepper Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. finely shredded cabbage
    1 red pepper, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, vinegar, pepper, salt, celery seed and mustard seed.
    Pour over vegetables; mix well.
    This will keep in the refrigerator for months.
