Pinecone Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. grated pecans
    2 c. finely grated carrots
Preparation
    Beat oil and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating after each.
    Mix dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.
    With a wooden spoon, fold in pineapple, coconut, carrots and pecans.
    Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
