Homemade Cake Flour - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cornstarch
all-purpose flour

Preparation

For each cup of cake flour you want, put 2 tablespoons cornstarch into a 1-cup measuring cup.
Spoon in enough all-purpose flour to reach the 1 cup mark.
Sift together 3 times.
